Bite Mark Make up

Bite Mark Special Effect Make up

This one is not for the faint hearted and squeamish!
For this look i was inspired by 'Goldiestarling' on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8opw4zE5y8)
I thought this was would be a fun look especially for halloween.
First you need to clean and prep the skin by cleaning it with alcohol.
I started off this look by drawing an outline of the teeth marks in white pencil eyeliner. Once i was happy with the shape i then went over it in red lip liner to define it and blended out the edges with a cue tip to soften it. The main part of this look is a product called Rigid Collodion which is a special effects product. You can get this online.
The Collodion is a clear liquid that you can build up on the skin which tightens and constricts and makes a really cool indent effect.
I applied about seven or eight coats of this, waiting for it to dry every time before i apply the next coat, to each of the tooth marks until it built up to the effect i wanted.
After the Collodion had dried, i used Dermowax around the the edge on the bite mark and built it up to create more depth to the wound. I blended out the edges with some moisturiser until it was the consistency that i wanted.
I then went in with different shades of red grease paints to the teeth marks and blended different shades in until it was the colour i desired. I then blended the colours out with a cue tip to make it look more realistic.
Now for my favourite bit!
I added venial blood to each individual bite mark to make it look like a fresh wound.

And voila! You are finished!
This look is really quick and easy especially for halloween to gross some people out!

Products used:
White pencil eyeliner
Red lip liner
Rigid Collodion
Dermowax
Any red face paint you want. (I chose grease paints as they are easier to blend)
